Implementing Art History into the Classroom

I have taken an interest in an observation game. One student is describing and art piece while the rest of the class is expected to close their eyes and invison the description. Students can then be instructed to draw what they see. I also like this because it's great practice to use adjectives and oppurtunities for the students to try something different!

Footprints

This project is an artistic way to introduce/express myself. Requirements include three different mediums and anything else desired to add. I chose to make my footprint pink because that's my favorite color. I put fabric checkered pattern for my number one hobby of racing. I drew a Texas Longhorn symbol for my favorite sports team (and I also graduated up the street from UT.) I have the Boys and Girls Club, Visioncare Associates, and Tapz because I work at all of those places and I spent lots of my time working. I also have a gun and cowboy/hat because my hobbies include hunting, country music, and dancing. Lastly, I have a yellow daisy. I love sunflowers but my dog's name is Daisy so I compromised the two.
